For 20 years, I explored some of the most fascinating aspects of psychology including the itch of curiosity, the upside of unpleasant emotions, and the benefits of being a rebel. To educate the general public about science, I published several books. My upcoming book is on minority influence.


My colleagues and I published more than 200 peer-reviewed scientific articles. I received the prestigious American Psychological Association Award for Distinguished Scientific Early Career Contribution.
