I enjoy helping organizations apply the latest findings from behavioral science. To date, I have presented to groups in over 20 countries. My clients include The Gap, General Mills, Mercedes-Benz, United States Department of Defense, and Standard Chartered Bank.
For 20 years, I explored some of the most fascinating aspects of psychology including the itch of curiosity, the upside of unpleasant emotions, and the benefits of being a rebel. To educate the general public about science, I published several books. My upcoming book is on minority influence.
My laboratory at George Mason University is highly productive. My colleagues and I produced more than 200 academic publications and received the prestigious American Psychological Association Award for Distinguished Scientific Early Career Contribution.
